Economic Development Basic Course and CEcD Training Course Registration

*Each course must be paid before attending.

*Cancellation Policy for Economic Development Basic Course: Cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, October 1, 2010, to receive a full refund. Those received after are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Registrants who do not attend and have not cancelled will be charged the full price of registration.

Cancellation Policy for other CEcD Training Courses: Cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to the beginning of the course. Refunds less a $60 cancellation fee will be issued for all cancellations received in writing to fax: (517) 241-0089 or cjorae@medaweb.org at least 10 business days prior to the course – please allow 3-4 weeks for refunds to be processed. All registrations regardless of payment status are subject to the $60 cancellation fee. No refunds or credit transfers to a future course will be issued for cancellations received within 10 business days of the course. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. Attendee substitutions for a course may be made at any time prior to the course. Registrants who do not cancel and fail to attend a course are responsible for full payment.

***You do not have to repeat the Economic Development Basic Course if you have already taken it. Practitioner's Training is not a substitution for the Basic Course.

Economic Development Basic Course, October 4 - 7, 2010 - East Lansing, MI

CEcD Exam, December 11 - 12, 2010 - Registration requires that application and payment be received by MEDA and you may begin submitting them now. MEDA must submit the applications to the IEDC at least 60 day prior to the exam, so plan accordingly. You will receive a notice from the IEDC 30 days before the exam letting you know if you are approved.
